Every line is exactly as it was pressed.
No two pieces are ever the same.
HOW IT WORKS
1. We send your wax kit
2. Warm and shape the wax
3. Press the fingerprint
4. (Optional) Request review
5. Mail it back
6. We cast your piece
Your wax can be reshaped as many times as needed.
If you are not happy with your impression, simply warm it and try again.
There is no pressure to get it right the first time.
Warm the wax until soft and pliable.
Press firmly using the flat part of the finger.
If needed, gently warm using a hairdryer on low.
To check your impression:
View it under bright light and rotate it.
Record a short video to see the fingerprint lines clearly.
Clear lines visible under light
Even depth across the impression
Avoid:
Very faint impressions
Smudged or blurred prints
We do not enhance or recreate fingerprints.
We cast your impression exactly as it is.
The only adjustments we make are to the edges and the back.
By returning your wax, you confirm that you are happy with your impression.
These pieces are handmade and organic.
Small imperfections are normal.
Tiny air bubbles may occur.
Details may appear soft rather than sharp.
This is the nature of the process and part of what makes each piece unique.
We:
Cast your piece into solid metal
Refine edges and backing
Preserve your exact impression
We do not:
Alter fingerprint details
Improve or redraw the print
Transfer the print to another shape
Place your impression back in the container provided.
Do not press, squeeze, or wrap tightly.
Handle gently to avoid distortion.

Yes. Fine fingerprint lines may be faint, but the impression will capture the size and shape of the finger.
