ADD A CHAIN
Add the chain and your desired length from the drop down menu, or choose a different chain from our curated collection of sterling silver chains.
ADD ENGRAVING
Choose your Font type from the image under Alternate Views and then enter it in Additional Comments. Then enter the names or numbers that you would like engraved. Include specific instructions such as if you want the names on three separate lines, or any other special formatting or punctuation. Machine engraving is an additional charge and adds up to two weeks to your shipment time. Engraving adds up to two weeks on to your order. Click here to find out more.
ADD ASHES
Send us your loved one's cremated remains and we mix it with silver leaf and permanently seal it into one half of the locket. You can still open the locket, touch the side with the cremains, and add a photo of your loved one to the other side. This is an additional charge. Click here to find out more.
1. Choose your options and purchase your locket.
2. We reply to your order with shipping instructions.
3. You send us about a teaspoon of your loved one's ashes and we will return what we do not use.
4. We mix the ashes with silver leaf and permanently seal them in one side of the locket, and return it to you.
Alternatively you can simply purchase this pendant and add your own loved one's ashes, then seal it closed with super glue.
SENDING YOUR ASHES
Place about 1 teaspoon of ashes into a zip lock baggie and seal it with tape.
Put that inside another sealed baggie, then into a bubble envelope along with your name, address, and order number.
On the outside of the package, please clearly write your return address.
It must be sent via tracked shipping, and listing the contents requires that you attach a certificate of cremation issued by the appropriate authority. This should be placed in a sealed bag on the outside of the envelope. Click here for more details.
CHOOSE YOUR FINISH
This item comes in a high gloss shiny finish (shown) or a soft matte finish. The rest of our line is matte finished, so if you would like your locket to match, please select MATTE FINISH from the CHOOSE FINISH drop down menu.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Lockets and chains ship within 3 business days. If you choose to send us ashes, it takes us up to 10 business days from the time we receive your ashes during peak times to create your one of a kind cremation jewelry. Shipping times are on top of that. Shipping upgrades are available. Once we receive your order we will give you directions for how to mail your ashes. Engraving adds up to 10 business days on top of the time it takes to create and ship your jewelry.
