ORDERS
· All orders that arrived on or before Dec. 18th have been shipped using the method chosen during checkout. For any items that weren't able to be shipped due to missing information, we have contacted that customer directly.
· We will resume making all orders received after Dec. 18th on January 5th, 2026.
· To check the status of your shipment, you can log into your account and click on your order. There you will find the tracking details, and you can click on the trackng to find out more.
TRACKING
As we are now closed, we are unable to track your order shipments or return shipments. However, you can track them with the number provided to you via email when it was shipped, or log into your account and you can see the tracking details there.
RETURNS
We will still be receiving items being returned over the break, you are fine to ship them anytime. To see if they have arrived, please track your return shipments with the tracking information you were given when you shipped it.
