HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply purchase the jewellery, then reply to your order confirmation with a photo or scan of a paw print to us. We will edit your image to clean up any messy edges and create a beautiful clean image, unless otherwise requested.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A PAW PRINT?
- Choose the standard paw print shown in the sample images.
- We can use any image of your pet's paw or paw print. Just take a photo of your dog's paw or a paw print image and email or upload it in the store chat.
- To create a paw print, you may purchase an ink kit separately, or use any ink pad or non-toxic paint to create a paw print that can be sent to us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
3 Weeks plus the time it takes to ship it to you. These pieces are very labor intensive and require a lot of specialized equipment and materials. Once we receive your prints there are many different stages and each one takes time. The resulting pieces are one of a kind, personal and priceless heirlooms. If you need it sooner please choose faster shipping and let us know what date you need it in the order comments.
