Personalized pieces take two to three weeks to make from the time we receive the images. Shipping is on top of the time it takes to make. Shipping upgrades are available.
Our urns need to be sealed with superglue once the contents have been added. If sealed properly, they are water resistant but it is probably safer to minimize time spent in water. Silver and gold are waterproof, and fine jewellery needs special care. See our Care and Cleaning Guide Here.
We can use handwriting from anywhere. Take a focused, close up and brightly lit photo and we will do the rest!
We can use fingerprints, hand prints, foot prints, nose prints, paw prints, handwriting, children's drawings, and photographs.
Fingerprints and any other images can be uploaded to the product page, or emailed to us. Once you purchase your jewellery, you will get an order confirmation. You can simply reply to that email and attach your images to that.
For our jewellery that holds ashes, you or someone you direct will be adding the ashes to the jewellery. There is no need to send in any ashes. The pieces hold a small amount of ashes, from just a pinch to a half a teaspoon, depending on the urn jewellery you purchase.
