When you receive the blank impression the measurements are 16mm x 18mm and it weighs roughly 5 grams. When you receive it, you press one, two or three fingerprints into the blank, which flattens and widens the pendants, so it can end up as big as 22mmx 24mm or more, depending on how much pressure is used.

HOW IT WORKS

3. We make them into precious keepsake jewellery and send them back to you! (final shipping of the jewellery is included in price).
This kit includes material for one pendant. Follow simple instructions and add one, two or three fingerprints to the pendant. Up to three people can add prints to this pendant, the results depend on the number of prints you add.
CAN I USE THIS FOR BABIES?
Babies and very young children have shallower and less developed fingerprints, so the results vary depending on the fingerprint itself. We recommend getting the first crease where the finger bends into the impression. Some prints may be less visible, but you will have an imprint of your child’s actual finger shape and size, and capture that moment in time. We use the actual piece you send us so the result is a very personal and warm impression created by the actual touch of your child or loved one.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
3 Weeks. It takes us about 10 business days to create your one of a kind fingerprint jewellery. Shipping times are on top of that. Shipping upgrades are available.
CAN I GIVE THE KIT ITSELF AS A GIFT?
Kids love making these personalized gifts for mom or dad, aunties and grandmothers. You can give the finished jewellery as a gift, or just give the kit itself! It's the perfect baby shower gift. There is nothing to expire in the kit, so the recipient can keep it until they are ready to use it.
CAN YOU PUT A NAME ON THE BACK?
We can add three hand stamped initials on the back at no charge. Additional lettering can be purchased separately. You can add your details on the return form included in your kit. Laser engraving is also available for an additional fee.
CAN I USE AN INK FINGERPRINT THAT I ALREADY HAVE?
