Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Your order will say 'Processing' while it is being made. Once it has been finished and it has shipped, you will receive your invoice via email. If you have chosen shipping that is not tracked, you will not receive any more notifications before your order arrives. If you have chosen shipping that does include tracking, you will receive a second email with tracking information.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Once you have placed your order, it can no longer be changed as it may already be in production. If you need to make any changes you may email us right away and we may be able to take your order out of the production lineup.
How do I track my order?
  If you have chosen a shipping method that includes tracking, you will receive an email from the shipping company with your tracking details.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you have tracking information from the shipping company, please make sure your order says that it has been delivered before proceeding. If it shows that it has been delivered, then contact us to initiate a claim with the shipping company. If you have chosen a method of shipping that does not have tracking, you must first wait the allotted time for the delivery. If it has not arrived by the time indicated as standard for your type of shipping, then contact us to initiate a claim with the shipping company. Shipping times are separate from production times and start at the time of invoicing.
An item is missing from my shipment.
