SET UP A NEW WHOLESALE ACCOUNT - in 2 steps. Please complete both steps in order for us to quickly enable your account.
STEP ONE - Set up Account Details
If you are a buyer for a store, catalog or website and wish to receive wholesale access to our line, you must first create an account on our site. Click on the My Account link on the top right to create your account for the first time. Please make sure you provide all of the important information when you set up your account including:
Company Name
Contact Name
Email Address
Website Address
Shipping Address
Billing Address
Phone Number
STEP TWO - Contact us with your preferred TYPE OF ACCOUNT and business/ federal id number.
TYPES OF ACCOUNTS:
TRADITIONAL WHOLESALE - This account requires a minimum first order, and does not include any personalized jewellery. Personalized jewellery consists of individually stamped proper names, dates, etc. it DOES include our initial charms, sayings and words.
DROPSHIP - This account is for customers who wish to re-sell our Make It Your Own line of completely personalized jewellery, one item at a time. Generally this account is for online retailers or those who wish to purchase a sample kit and take orders.
Once you have set up your account, please Email us with:
A. - your FEDERAL ID#*,
B. - the type of account you want (drop ship or traditional)
C. - any comments.
We will review your account and once it is approved we will enable it and contact you.
Once your account is active, you can log in any time and click on SHOP WHOLESALE on the top right.
* A Tax ID or a Fed. ID number is required. All businesses have one in order to re-sell their products. No wholesale accounts will be enabled without it. Here are some examples of tax ID Numbers: CANADA: GST# or Business# USA: Federal ID#
CUSTOM DESIGN & PRIVATE LABEL
Luxe Design can take your logo, image or drawing and create a unique charm for your company, charity, or organization. You can order just the charm or have us create a custom necklace, bracelet, earrings or a pin.
There is an initial $120 fee to create the original piece. We can work from your business card or logo, we need a digital image to use so you can send your own jpegs or we can create one from your mailed hard copies. Once we have determined the scale of your piece, we can estimate the cost. We then create a sample and send it to you for approval. It then goes into production where the final price per unit is decided.
Our minimum order is 100 pieces. Once the prototype and price is approved, we require a 50% down payment. The balance is payable on the day we ship it to you.
It takes approximately 10 weeks to turn around an order, once we have the finished sample and pricing. Larger orders may need more time.
Some original Luxe Design jewellery was made for Bands (Jakalope, Trentwood), Companies (MTV Secret Room, Grammy Foundation, Hagensborg Chocolates, Spark Records), Charities (Kira’s Wish), and Organizations (Women’s Leadership Foundation).
We can also put together unique jewelry from our existing pieces for a special event. A minimum wholesale order is required. We've created special pieces for the 2010 Canadian Olympic Athletes, Charities, Movies, Music videos, Celebrity gifts, and so on.
