This is our handmade leather necklace with Sterling Silver ends and a Spring Ring Closure. You can easily slide our charms on and off this chain. It is a popular choice for Men's necklaces. In general, 18" on an average man fits the same way 16" fits on a woman. 18" and 20" are both popular lengths for men, and 14" is the recommended length for children. We can make this necklace any length so if you don't see the length you need, please contact us.

This is also the necklace used with our Letterbox charms in the I, ROBOT movie starring Will Smith. (See them in Customizable Charms). If you would like to order it exactly as seen in that movie, you will have to order it "18" KNOTTED". It is essentially a 20" leather necklace that we knot on either side of the Letterbox Charms, which makes it 18".

**14" IS RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN ONLY, IT IS VERY SHORT!**

If you are unsure of the right length for you, drape a piece of string around your neck to your preferred length, then measure the string on a ruler. Choose the available length that is closest to your measurement.

ORDERING MORE THAN ONE ITEM:
If you are ordering more than one necklace or bracelet, please use the 'Additional Comments' box to let us know which chain or bracelet you would like it to go on. For example, you could name your first item "Necklace 1" and for each chain, charm, bead, etc. that goes on "Necklace 1", simply type "Necklace 1" in each item's 'Additional Comments' box.

ADDING ITEMS IN A PARTICULAR ORDER:
If you want the charms to show up in a particular order, you can also enter that in 'Additonal Comments'. However, we will always do the best layout for you, so this is unnecessary. If do want them in a specific order, please picture the item as though you were looking at it in front of you (not wearing it), and as though you were adding the charms from left to right. Count the number of charms, let's say you have 7 and they are going on a necklace. From left to right they would be " Left 1", "Left 2", "Left 3", "Middle", "Right 1", "Right 2", "Right 3".

PUTTING TWO ITEMS ON THE SAME RING:
If you are designing a simple necklace with a large charm and a single bead for example, you might want both items to hang from the same jumpring. This way the bead will always be in the front / top / middle of the charm. Just use the 'Additional Comments' box for the smaller item and say "Please hang this from the same ring as RCH-303", (or whatever charm you are ordering). We don't recommend any more than 2 items be hung from the same jumpring.
