EVERY personalized piece of jewelry is made to order, and takes 10 business days to prepare. Items that are not personalized will likely ship within 4 business days. Shipping times are on top of the time it takes to make, so choose your shipping options accordingly. If you need an order in a rush, please add your desired in house date (the date it would arrive at your shipping address) in the Order Comments box and if possible, we will accommodate you. If we can't, we will contact you to make further arrangements.

Although this seems like a money saving option, our shipping for the lower mainland is not and takes one day. After you pay for gas/transportation and parking, it might be easier to get it shipped! | RETURN POLICY |

We want you to love your jewellery, and we guarantee our items for one year from the time of purchase. Any items except ones that have been personalized can be returned for a full refund for 90 days from the time of purchase as long as they are unworn and in the condition that they were received. Final sale items are excluded from this policy. This includes all chains, charms, findings, beads, etc. If you order and discover that you need a longer chain or different bead, or are dissatisfied in some way, please feel free to contact us and we can make your order right for you.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Please order carefully and check all spellings and dates prior to ordering. Personalized items that may not be returned or exchanged are those that have been stamped with a name, word, date or symbol that is specifically made to order. In the circumstance that the piece itself is faulty or it has been incorrectly stamped due to an error by LUXE DESIGN we will replace it for you for free. If you are completely unsatisfifed and wish to return your personalized item even though there was no error, you may do so for a $10 re-stocking fee per personalized item.
If you make a mistake on a personalized item that involves a few letters or numbers, we may be able to solder over & re-stamp the area for an $18 fee which includes the return shipping and labor. You will need to send the item to us at your expense. However some pieces can't be soldered over and still look good, so we will need to look at the piece and let you know if it can be fixed in this way.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN:
US & International claims must state on the package 'CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING' or the shipment will be refused. Regular unworn items without customization may be returned for any reason for 90 days from the date on the invoice, in the condition they were received.
We will re-polish your jewellery or repair/replace faulty items free of charge for up to one year from the date of purchase. |

| Broken jumprings, broken beads, broken bead wire resulting in a lost bead, broken clasps, faulty chains, items with a manufacturer’s defect. |

Crushed beads, charms or chains.
Stretched out chains.
Any item that has been damaged by misuse or regular wear and tear. For example: You have run over it with your car, dropped it down a garberator, bashed it with a hammer, dangled a 5 year old from it, left it in your bathroom for 8 months, etc.
Tarnished items. We cannot control the wearer's behavior or reaction to our jewellery. Tarnish is a natural reaction in silver and can be prevented and easily remedied. We will gladly re-polish an item free of charge; the customer is responsible for shipping & return shipping. Please see CARE & CLEANING for more detailed information. We also offer a tarnish resistant lacquer coating at no charge, which is available upon request. |
| REPAIRS |

If you have encountered some of the above events and have some jewellery that you would like to have repaired, you may still send it to us to be repaired for a small fee. Costs will be assessed and you will be notified prior to commencing the repair. Shipping charges and return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
We recommend shipping with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for items that become lost in the mail. |
