If you have received your order and have realized that you have made a mistake in customization, you may request a repair. We can solder over the mistake, re-stamp the customization, re-finish the piece, and ship it out to you. This price includes all of the aforementioned. Please include a copy of your order in your return, OR your order number.
Please also include your full name, return address, jewelry to be repaired, and a complete description of the work to be done.
Once we receive and repair the jewelry, we will email you a shipping confirmation number that lets you know your order is on the way back to you!

Repairs take up to 10 business days, once we receive them.
Shipping will be via Canada Post or US Post ground shipping and takes 3 - 21 business days.
