 LAYOUT 1 -Clockwise Layout. Any words entered will be centered, spread evenly across the row, and will have the bottom of the letters facing the inside of the charm. The letters on the bottom row will read upside down. This is a good layout for sayings or four words, as it reads like a sentence or flow of words.
LAYOUT 2 -Names Layout. Any words entered will be centered, spread evenly across the row. The top and side rows will have the bottom of the letters facing the inside of the charm. The bottom row will read right side up. This is a good layout for names.
LAYOUT 3 -Other - please provide details in additional comments or we will choose the right layout for you.

We also have a heart symbol. If you want to order it, please use the "$" sign where you would like the heart to appear. You may also mention that you want a heart in the 'additional commments' box.

We can make a dash or comma out of our small font letter 'I' but in most cases we feel a dot looks better.

Letters are only available in uppercase.

It is ok to leave a row blank. We can add personalization in the future.

Use a period ' . ' for a dot. We will center it horizontally & vertically.
If you want dots in the four corners, only enter them either in the Top & Bottom rows, OR the Left & Right rows.

For example, the top row would read " . BOB . "  and the bottom row would read " . LOVE . The Right side would read "FAMILY" and the Left side would read "KATHY". The dots will use up two of the 6 available spaces. You would not need to enter the dots again on the Right & Left sides. This will give you dots in all four corners.
